Ecology Department penalties total $81,374 in third quarter of 2003

OLYMPIA - Following is a summary of all penalties of $1,000 or more issued by the Department of Ecology during the third quarter (July through September) of 2003, which totaled $81,374. All together, Ecology has issued $732,211 in penalties this year.
