This site provides monitoring results from various lakes and rivers in
Washington that were treated with aquatic herbicides under the Noxious Weed
NPDES permit. Ecology also intends to publish the results in the scientific
literature of comprehensive studies using diquat and triclopyr.

Fluridone Residue Monitoring
The strategy for fluridone treatments differs from other herbicides since the
herbicide is deliberately maintained in the water at low concentrations for ten
to twelve weeks during the treatment season.
