RCW 90.90.050 Columbia river mainstem water resources information system.(1) In order to better understand current water use and instream flows in the Columbia river mainstem, the department of ecology shall establish and maintain a Columbia river mainstem water resources information system that provides the information necessary for effective mainstem water resource planning and management. The Office of Columbia River (OCR) has developed a water budget tool that allows users to track water supplies created through investments from the Columbia River Account (RCW 90.90.010). The mapping application below provides summaries of OCR's management of these supplies for instream and out-of-stream uses. |
